We work with the client to provide them with the highest quality service within their budget.

- Point of contact -provide each customer with a named contact and their mobile phone number should they have any queries.
- Confirmation of visits – provide the customer with written details of the work carried out at the end of each visit.

We know we provide a competitively priced quality product. Through careful cost management we strive to maintain our current levels of charging.
Consistency
- We agree a work specification with the customer.
- The same employee carries out the grounds maintenance each visit.
- We aim to carry out the maintenance on the same day. If we fail to visit as scheduled, without the prior agreement of the customer, we will re-schedule and that visit will be free of charge.
